When you select an item for download, you are directed to a secure shopping cart that accepts your billing information. Upon successful transaction, you will receive a receipt e-mail, and within a minute or two another e-mail with links you can download. You have 36 hours to complete your download.
I didn’t get my links e-mail. What happened?
You may have spam filters enabled. Check your junk folder first. If not there, please contact us (see below.)
What type of files are they?
The video programs are mpeg-4, and are playable on both pc and mac. The audio files are mp3.
How big are the video files?
Each video file is ~300mb. We strongly suggest a hard-wired connection to the internet for fastest download.
I understand that Wings for the Journey has four tracks, how come I only got one link?
All four files are zipped together for ease of downloading.
